Returns & Exchanges

Unopened items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery; reach out with order ID and photos.
For damaged-in-transit claims, contact within 48 hours of receipt with package photos for a priority resolution.

Safety & Care

Candles: Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use; burn 2–3 hours at a time; keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
Perfumes: Store upright, away from heat and direct sunlight for best longevity.
